Wisconsin Volleyball Conference Players of the Week (Division II)

Dave Doucette, Sophomore, Setter/Right Side, Mt. Prospect, Ill. (Prospect)

Dave Doucette, a 6-1 setter and right side hitter from Marquette University II is the Wisconsin Volleyball Conference Division II Player of the Week. Doucette tallied 9.4 assists per game and added seven service aces, 34 digs and 23 kills as the Golden Eagles amassed a 4-0 record at the WVC Division II Play Date held at UW-Green Bay.

February 2-8, 2009

Jim Hall, Senior, Libero, Appleton, Wis. (Appleton West)

Jim Hall, a 6-1 libero from UW-Oshkosh II is the Wisconsin Volleyball Conference Division II Player of the Week. Hall led the Titans to a sweep of conference rival Marquette University II on the road in non-conference action. Down 23-18 in set two, Hall served seven consecutive points, including two on service aces to help in UW-Oshkosh's improbable comeback. For the match, Hall tallied nin digs and three service aces as the Titans improved to 11-1 on the season.
