NCAA Division I Wisconsin Connections Update

The NCAA Division I tournament is down to the sweet 16. We limited this latest list to players who are still playing in the tournament and coaches who once played in the state. Refer to this older post for more names and schools.

PLAYERS STILL PLAYING IN TOURNAMENT

• Iowa State plays Oregon today at 4:30 p.m. The Cyclones' roster includes Ashley Mass (Muskego), Amy Vos (Westosha Central) and Debbie Stadick (Watertown). This link should work for the match, but you might have to download free software first.
  

COACHES WHO ONCE PLAYED IN THE STATE

• Nebraska plays Michigan today at 8 p.m. Nebraska assistant coach Elizabeth Stemke played for the Badgers.
  
• Iowa State assistant coach Joe Lynch played for UW-Milwaukee.
• Illinois plays California today at 2:30 p.m. Illinois volunteer assistant coach Melissa David played for UW-Milwaukee.
