Yeesh, so defensive. Actually, the above headline is merely an acknowledgement that we pulled together the below information much too quickly. Nevertheless, someone suggested that we identify those conferences with the most teams participating in various sectional finals tonight and our immediate response was, "Hey, great idea." Below are the conferences we've found with two or more teams still in it.
1. Southeast Conference
Four teams (Kenosha Tremper and Burlington in D1 S6, and Franklin and Muskego in D1 S7)
Three teams (West Bend East and West Bend West in D1 S4 and Watertown in D1 S5)
T3. Big Eight
Two teams (Madison West and Middleton in D1 S3)
T3. Central Lakeshore
Two teams (Sheboygan Christian in D4 S4 and Sheboygan Lutheran in D3 S4)
T3. Classic Eight
Two teams (Pius XI in D1 S8 and Catholic Memorial in D2 S4)
T3. Greater Metro
Two teams (Menomonee Falls in D1 S5 and Divine Savior Holy Angels in D1 S8)
T3. Midwest Classic Conference
Two teams (Catholic Central in D4 S4 and Shoreland Lutheran in D3 S4)
T3. West Lakeland
Two teams (Grantsburg in D3 S1 and Clayton in D4 S1)
As far as municipalities go, we believe three cities still have two teams left: City of Sheboygan has Sheboygan Lutheran and Sheboygan Christian; City of Burlington has Burlington and Burlington Catholic Central; City of West Bend has, well, they've appeared in the last three posts now so you know who they are). So is all of the above info correct?

The Midwest Classic Conference will have 2 teams at the State Tournament. Burlington Catholic Central (D4) & Shoreland Lutheran (D3) each will be in Green Bay
