Manitowoc won the tournament.
We'll take your word for it. We heard both ways. Are the others right as far as everyone knows?
I believe since West Bend West beat Cedarburg in the semi final, West would be second with no tie.

Here are the results from Cedarburg.
Manitowc beat West Bend West 2-0 for championship.
Cedarburg beat Fond du lac 2-1 for 3rd.
Depere and Marshfield were still playing for 5th/6th
Sun Prarie vs Germantown for 7th/8th.
Neenah took 9th
Slinger 10th
Greendale 11th
Tosa West 12th.
Since there seems to be basic agreement on the top teams now, we probably won't update the post. People can read these comments to learn how the others sorted themselves out.
