Since summer high school leagues are just around the proverbial corner, it's time to share our first thoughts on how this blog intends to cover the 2008 girls' high school volleyball season. In an effort to look at things from a slightly different angle than you might find elsewhere, we're going to focus, right from the get-go, on how each of the 20 WIAA sectionals are shaping up (eight D1 sectionals and four sectionals each in D2, D3 and D4).Yes, we'll still talk about classic conference rivalries and major tournaments, but we'll always try to do so with an eye toward the ultimate prize: that coveted trip to the Resch Center in Green Bay for the 2008 state tournament. So whenever you see the logo above, you'll know we're talking Wisconsin girls' high school volleyball.
