According to the Wisconsin Juniors site, Haley Jeffcoat (Racine St. Catherine's '12) has verbaled to Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia. We've added the 2010 WVCA first-team all-state honoree to our master list of 2012 women's recruits. Congrats.
