  • Brookwood The Falcons graduated all three of their Scenic Bluffs all-conference performers from last season.
  • Cashton Senior Sarah Weibel was first-team Scenic Bluffs all-conference in 2009, while seniors Brittany Hanson and Whitney Hanson were honorable mention honorees for the Eagles.
  • De Soto We don't have any information on this Ridge & Valley team.
  • Hillsboro Seniors Julie Stekel and Cassidy Mayberry were all first-team Scenic Bluffs all-conference stars last fall, while senior Jenna Mueller and junior Brittany Dziki were honorable mention honorees for the Tigers. Onpackerland has them as the No. 7-ranked team in D4.
  • Kickapoo We don't have any information on this Ridge & Valley team.
  • La Farge We don't have any information on this Ridge & Valley team.
  • North Crawford We don't have any information on this Ridge & Valley team.
  • Royall In addition to being named first-team Scenic Bluffs all-conference last year, senior Hailey Brown was also third-team all-state and an Upper Iowa recruit. Royall also features juniors Megan Conley and Ali Kolodzinski, both of who were honorable mention all-conference last season. Look for Hillsboro and Royall to slug it out in one of the more intriguing D4 regional finals around. Did we hear someone say five-set thriller?
Regional C
  • Cassville Senior Faye Demis was second-team Six Rivers West all-conference last season and Shelbie Ackerman was honorable mention.
  • Highland With a total enrollment of 86 students, the Cardinals put together a newsworthy run in 2009, falling just a few points short of the D4 championship game. They return just about everyone, including senior Kendall Wienkes, who was first-team Six Rivers West all-conference last season -- and player of the year with 445 kills and a .478 hitting percentage. Other returning starters include senior setter Rachel Aide, another first-team all-conference selections who dished out 706 assists last season, as well as second-team all-conference senior libero Carlee Yanna and senior middle Morgan Bornkamp, honorable mention all-conference in 2009. Onpackerland has them No. 1 in D4.
  • Ithaca We don't have any information on this Ridge & Valley team.
  • River Ridge The Timberwolves graduated all three of their Six Rivers West all-conference performers from last season.
  • Seneca We don't have any information on this Ridge & Valley team.

Watch out for Southwestern. They'll challenge Highland

Agreed with the post about Southwestern, a match up of them against Highland would be state quality D4 volleyball.
