Ah, the Awesome Anticipation of August

As we have the past two seasons for both boys and girls (D1, D2, D3 and D4), we intend to do previews of every 2010 varsity high school volleyball team in the state. Last year's previews were better than the year before, but we're hoping this year's will outshine both.

To accomplish that, we've been helping ourselves a lot by actually putting 2010 club rosters and 2009 accolades on the blog itself (instead of linking to other sites as we'd done in the past).

But there's still much to do. Here are some tangible ways you, yes you, can help fill in some remaining blanks.
  • Click on any of the boys club rosters or girls club rosters and let us know if you can fill us in on any player identified as "school to come" or "graduation year to come." Anonymous blog comments will do the trick.
  • Click on the links for 2009 boys accolades or 2009 girls accolades or 2009 girls freshmen on the floor and see if our information is correct or you can point us to any facts we're lacking. Again, anonymous blog comments are all that's required.
  • If you're a high school coach or athletic director, send an e-mail to vbuberalles@gmail.com to share what you know about your own anticipated roster or what you might know about other teams in your conference. Anything we receive in this manner will, of course, remain strictly anonymous -- and we're not going to print anything that's controversial or negative anyhow.
Thanks in advance for your help. And we'd also like to thank those who have already been of assistance with this fall's previews. Much, much appreciated. Let the excitement begin.

Molton Summer Slam starts today with some 2010 High School pre-season play in the Dells: http://www.moltencamps.net/summerslam.asp. Some interesting representation of D1-D4 from around the state.
