what is the difference between the nationals such as nation and american?
Open level are the teams that qualify at a national qualifier (such as MEQ or NLQ) in the Open Division.
National level are the top teams that qualify at a national qualifier in the Club Division or at a regional qualifier (like the one that occurred this weekend).
American level are the next teams that qualify at a national qualifier in the Club Division or the runners-up at a regional qualifier.
Perhaps overly simplistic, but we think it's a pretty accurate description. There will basically be three different tournament at each age level in Reno: an Open tournament, a National level tournament and an American level tournament.
Are those reallocation bids confirmed or just noted if a bid were to be reallocated to the region?
