Trying to Make Sense of GLPL 18s Weekend Two

It's hard to interpret (at least for us) Great Lakes Power League results this early in the season, but a number of Wisconsin club teams are participating in the 18s division and here's how we think they fared after the second weekend (see comment below for an explanation of what it all means):
  • Milwaukee Sting 17 Gold finished fourth in Division 1 Bracket A
  • Milwaukee Sting 18 Gold finished eighth in Division 1 Bracket A
  • Capital 18 Nike Navy finished third in Division 1 Bracket B
  • Wisconsin Juniors 18-1 finished first in Division 2 Bracket A
  • Wisconsin Juniors 17-1 finished fourth in Division 2 Bracket B
  • Milwaukee Sting 17 Black finished sixth in Division 2 Bracket B
  • Capital 18 Nike Red finished third in Divison 3 Bracket A
  • Milwaukee Sting 16 Gold finished third in Division 3 Bracket B
  • Wisconsin Volleyball Academy 18 Rox finished first in Division 4 Bracket A
  • Capital 17 Nike Navy finished fifth in Division 4 Bracket A
  • Wisconsin Volleyball Academy 17 Rox finished second in Division 4 Bracket B
  • Milwaukee Sting 18 Black finished first in Division 5 Bracket B
  • Wisconsin Juniors 17 Blue finished eighth in Division 6 Bracket A
  • Wisconsin Juniors 18 Blue finished first in Division 6 Bracket B
Let us know if we missed anyone or mis-typed any info.

Wisconsin club teams have been very competative at the 18's GLPL so far this season. The competition has been tough (to say the least), and we are representing WI well! Thanks for recognizing the various clubs efforts.

Division I Bracket A are the top 8 teams, D1 bracket B would be 9-16 so on and so forth. The objective is to move up in the brackets every weekend you play. To move up you must finish top 3 in your bracket, 4-5 remain in their bracket and 6-8 move down a bracket. So, if your team finished 1,2,3 you will move up and be seeded 6,7,8 in the higher bracket and if you finish 6,7,8 you will move down and be seeded 1,2,3 in the next lowest bracket.
