It's great to see Grantsburg's Lauren Romanowski get this recognition. She is a POWERFUL middle hitter who toils in virtual obscurity behind studs Annie Palmquist and Kortney Morrin. On any other team, she'd be the "go-to-girl." She has a lot of kills on the season, but was not utilized at state as much. Her blocking and jump float serve are integral components of Grantsburg's success.
