Giving UW-Marathon County Its Props

That's right, the Huskies are getting their own post. And they absolutely deserve it for at least three reasons:

1. They're undefeated (i.e. one of our Last Teams Standing) with just two games to play before the WJCCAA State Tournament next weekend.
2. They're having a Dig for the Cure event this Wednesday, which we've added to our Pink Links post.
3. Their entire team consists of former Wisconsin prep players, representing high schools such as Tomahawk, Marathon, Northland Lutheran, Abbotsford, D.C. Everest and Prentice.

As you know, our mission as a blog is to promote the sport as much as we can and as often as we can. Simply put, we want everyone to know that volleyball is an incredible sport played at many different levels and ages across this state.

Good luck to Coach Matt Greenberg, his staff and the rest of the Huskies in their efforts to run the table. Keep us posted.
