Two Teams at Home, Two Teams Away, Plus One Player At Home When She's at an Away Game

Once again, the state's NCAA DI programs will be all over the map and at least two of the teams will be going up against Wisconsinites along the way:
  • Wisconsin will be in Oregon at the Oregon State Invitational. They'll play Seattle on Saturday then Cal State-Fullerton and Oregon State on Sunday.
  • Marquette will be in Milwaukee as they host the Marquette Invitational. They play Texas State and Butler tomorrow then Binghamton and Austin Peay on Saturday. And yes, Binghamton will feature a Wisconsin connection as junior setter Lindsey Mueller (West Bend West '07) returns to her home state for a series of matches. And yes, we're also glad you asked the identity of the reigning America East conference setter of the week because that would also be Lindsey Mueller.
  • Milwaukee will be in Mississippi at the Magnolia Classic. They'll play Akron and Mississippi tomorrow then Alcorn State and Alabama-Birmingham on Saturday. And yes, Akron has two Wisconsinites: freshmen Morgan Kuhn (Dodgeland '09) and Alex Wiederholt (Riverdale '09).
  • Green Bay will be in Green Bay as they host the Green Bay Country Inn & Suites Classic. They'll play Central Michigan on Friday then South Dakota State and Iowa on Saturday.
Good luck to all who have any connection to our fair state.
