Play by Play from Hayward

One of the things we like most about doing this blog is that it lets us meet (you know, via e-mail, Twitter and Facebook) other people who are passionate about volleyball in Wisconsin. Well yesterday, we met just such a person: Joe Lancello does radio play-by-play for the Hayward Hurricanes. His e-mail was brimming with excitement for the game and understanding of the sport. And you can also hear it in his voice when he's calling a game.
