Please Do What the Press Release People at Kankakee Community College Did

We're hungry for information about what's going on in Wisconsin volleyball--or with players who have Wisconsin connections. And when we get something handed to us, there's a better-than-average chance we'll do something with it. So when we received this press release from Kankakee Community College regarding some of their student-athletes with Wisconsin ties, we decided to share it with all of you. Most of the information below is a direct pick-up from their release:
  • Alexandra Fink (Oakfield) finished her career at Kankakee Community College with a record of 70-31 in two seasons. Fink was named to the 2007 and 2008 NJCAA Division II All Region IV teams and this past season was named to the Region IV All Tournament team. During the season Alexandra was named to the College of Lake County All Tournament team, as well as the KCC Invitational All Tournament team. During the week of October 8, Fink was named Division II "Player of the Week" by the NJCAA.
  • Amanda Tekus (Racine Case) finished her first season as a Cavalier with a team-high 674 digs in 167 sets.
