We should have drawn attention to this a whole lot sooner, but now is as good a time as any to acknowledge the volleyball recipients of the WIAA/Rural Insurance Sportsmanship Award winners for the 2008-09 boys and girls seasons.
The winner on the boys side is Milwaukee Marquette and the winner on the girls side is Wisconsin Heights. Congrats to both schools and we certainly hope Santa is reading this blog post tonight (we get regular traffic from the North Pole and we're assuming it's him).
