Rice Lake's Melissa Richie Verbals to Gardner-Webb

We were skimming the article in the Beaver Dam Daily Citizen about the Waupun-Rice Lake semifinal when we noticed that Rice Lake's Melissa Richie has apparently verbaled to Gardner-Webb -- a university which, by the way, has two seniors on its current roster who hail from Wisconsin: Bethany Martin (Beaver Dam) and Katie Matykowski (Sun Prairie). 

Melissa had 16 kills in Rice Lake's semifinal loss yesterday and 419 on the season. She'll be added to our master list of 2009 recruits. Congrats.
