According to this report in the Stevens Point Journal, Amherst won the Central Wisconsin Central-8 title this season. Playing key roles in their success have been middle Kate Glodowski, who was second-team all-conference as a junior and middle/outside Jenna Pitt, who was honorable mention all-conference last season as a sophomore.
