Cheese & October Good Causes

We're still planning to share details about the many "Dig for the Cure" Breast Cancer Awareness matches that will be happening around the state during the month of October (we'll try to do that as early as tonight).

But we've also registered this blog with a global coalition of bloggers who are part of October 15's Blog Action Day 08. Many bloggers worldwide will be contributing the money they make off of their blogs to poverty-fighting organizations.

Obviously, since this blog doesn't make any money for anyone, we can't do that. But we can help raise awareness, which is exactly what we'll be doing with a special post on October 15.
