Poll Results Point to Cardinals and Hilltoppers

Our two most recent polls are closed and one thing is perfectly clear: There's nothing perfectly clear about Division 1 Sectional 3. In fact, the only certainty is that it won't be the team that has won for the last three years (Watertown switched sectionals). Sun Prairie received 27 percent of the votes, Middleton and Waunakee split 18 percent, La Follette had 13 percent and Monona Grove 9 percent. Tomah and Sauk Praires each scored 4 percent. Should be interesting.

In our other poll (Division 4 Sectional 4), we wanted to know which two teams would reach the sectional final. Eighty-six percent of you said Catholic Central would be back (no surprise there). Coming in second was Sheboygan County Christian with 30 percent. Williams Bay had 21 percent, Green Bay NEW Lutheran had 17 percent, followed by Hustisford (8 percent), Johnson Creek (4 percent). "Other" pulled in 13 percent.

Our next polls will cover Division 1 Sectional 4 and a sectional TBD in Division 2. It will go up soon.
