According to the Capital Volleyball Academy site, Emily Franklin of Oregon (Division 1, Sectional 6) has verbaled to Stephen F. Austin State University in Texas. The future Ladyjack was part of a Capital 17 Elite team that finished tied for third in 17 Club at the JVDA Championships in Louisville. She'll be added to our master list of 2009s. If we're counting correctly (and we're often not), she becomes the ninth '09 from Wisconsin to verbal to a D1 school. Congrats.
