Whatever else can be said about the JVDA-USAV situation, one thing is certain: More talented players and teams will now have the opportunity to showcase their skills to college recruiters who might not have seen them otherwise. As just one example (there are many), Wisconsin Select 17-1 is a very talented group of players who narrowly missed out on a JOVC bid in 2007. Now recruiters will have the opportunity to see them and other fine Wisconsin teams:
