JVDA Showcase Wrap

Well, the JVDA Showcase is history and Wisconsin teams were largely shut out of the top spots. In the 18s division, the top state finisher was Wisconsin Juniors 18-1, which finished 14th. At the 17s level, the top Wisconsin finisher was Milwaukee Sting 17 Gold, which finished tied for 11th. And in the 16s action, the top Wisconsin finisher was Milwaukee Sting 16 Gold, which also finished tied for 11th. The competition was fierce, as it will be next weekend at the Badger Region Championships. We'll make some BRC predictions on April 2. We would make them a day earlier, but when we're all wrong, the temptation will be too great to call our editors a bunch of fools.
