Kirby Toon Commits to University of Wisconsin

Capital Volleyball Academy is announcing on their site that Kirby Toon of CVA 17 Elite and Middleton has committed to the University of Wisconsin Badgers. Congratulations to her and others who have made verbals from the Class of 2009. Here's the announcement that appeared in the Capital Times.
