Using WVCA rankings from 2003-2007, the editors of C&V have calculated which D1 programs have fared best over the past five years. Final ranks are added and low score wins (HMs are given a score of 11). And the winners are...- Westosha Central, 7 (2nd, 1st, 2nd, 1st, 1st...wow!)
- Muskego, 20 (HM, 3rd, 1st, 2nd, 3rd)
- Menomonee Falls, 25 (4th, 2nd, 9th, 6th, 4th)
- Pius XI, 28 (6th, 6th, 5th, 9th, 2nd)
