• Sectional 4: Middleton v. Westosha Central
• Sectional 5: New Berlin United v. Franklin
• Sectional 6: Racine Horlick v. Racine Case
• Sectional 7: Milwaukee Marquette v. Pius XI
• Sectional 8: Wauwatosa East v. Wauwatosa West

Four schools, Kaukauna, Nicolet, Middleton and Catholic Memorial, could still have both their boys and their girls teams represented at state.
